These terms cover kungtycoon.com and the Kung Tycoon game while it's in early development. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
It's a game
Kung Tycoon is a game made for fun. It's still being built, so features, balance, items and timelines can change, and things may be reset during testing.
No financial promises
Nothing in Kung Tycoon is an investment or financial advice. In-game items, currencies and any future digital collectibles are for playing the game. We make no promise that anything will have or keep any value, and you shouldn't spend money expecting a profit.
Your account and wallet
- Keep your sign-in and wallet secure. You're responsible for what happens with them.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.
- Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Double-check before you sign anything.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to use crypto wallets if you connect one.
Play fair
Don't cheat, bot, exploit bugs, spam the waitlist, harass other players, or try to break or attack the site. We may remove waitlist entries or accounts that do.
Our stuff
The Kung Tycoon name, Kung the prawn, the art, music and code belong to Kung Tycoon. You're welcome to share screenshots and clips of the game and our posts.
The boring but important part
The site and game are provided "as is", without warranties. They may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kung Tycoon isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. We'll change the date at the top, and tell waitlist members by email about big changes.
